1. Acceptance of terms
By using FixNext's website, apps, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Service description
FixNext is a marketplace connecting customers with independent technician partners for repair services. FixNext does not itself perform repairs.
3. Bookings and pricing
Fixed-price jobs are charged as quoted at booking. Quote-based jobs are charged according to the quote you approve after inspection.
4. Technician partners
Technician partners are independent contractors, not employees of FixNext. Partners are verified before joining the platform and are expected to maintain professional conduct on every job.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made before a technician is dispatched are generally free. Refund eligibility for completed or in-progress jobs is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. User conduct
You agree to provide accurate booking information and to treat technician partners with respect and safety in mind.
7. Limitation of liability
FixNext facilitates connections between customers and technicians and is not liable for damages arising from services performed by independent partners.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of FixNext after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
